My name is Allison. Things I like to do include making things (ideally with other people), teaching others to make things (always with other people), and being outside. I received my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University in 2022 and have mostly worked in education, the arts, robotics, and makerspaces. I think the fundamental role of technology should be to enhance quality of life for all, to help individuals better realize creative processes, and to help people determine their social futures. Consequently, I am curious about the design of technology and educational systems that put the power to create in the hands of users. I think the fundamental role of art should be to do whatever you want for the most part.
